Did you know that the well-known Slovenian singer Luka Basi also trusted Bauta to build his wooden home? Want to know what Luka Basi shared with us and what his experience was like? Check out the interview below.
What is your living experience in a Bauta wooden house?
My living experience in a Bauta wooden house is phenomenal—just one word. We’re impressed from A to Z. Everything about the house, outside the house, and inside the house is amazing. I didn’t imagine it would be exactly as promised—or even told—but it turned out to be even better. There are even some facts we tell our family or friends about the quality of living in a Bauta house that they don’t believe… until we invite them over and they see it for themselves.
Are you satisfied with the look of the house?
Very much so. Especially because the exterior is in colors I really like—the combination of white and anthracite along with wood is just beautiful to me. The same goes for the interior—white walls combined with wood and anthracite tones. The design and the house itself are such that they’ll always be “in,” always modern with a touch of classic.
What are the advantages of Bauta’s wooden homes for living?
There are many advantages to a Bauta home. The ones you’re probably most curious about are the insanely low operating costs. You won’t believe it—especially in winter, the costs were so low I couldn’t believe it myself. But that’s due to multiple factors. Bauta uses a timber frame structure, so we’re talking about wood, and we know wood is an incredibly friendly natural material. It’s an excellent insulator, and with a natural touch, you save a lot.
Do you have any advice for potential buyers?
Choose a Bauta home—because it’s truly top-notch. What you’ll get written on paper and agree upon in meetings will hold true—if anything, you’ll be positively surprised even further. Another advantage is that with a timber frame build for residential living, you can be present throughout the entire process, since everything is assembled on-site. You can monitor the construction from the very first to the last day, because the houses aren’t built in a factory, but right there on location. I think that’s really great. On top of that, communication with the entire Bauta team—from the “main guys” to the subcontractors—was phenomenal, and that really matters. They’re always available when you need them, they answer when you call, and even when you ask silly questions, they take the time to explain. So I really think they’re a wonderful team and an excellent choice for a new home.
