Wood, as the main construction material, ensures the sustainability of the house. Wooden buildings have historically survived for centuries. Building a wooden house also aligns with ecological integrity due to the high percentage of recyclable materials.

The construction is earthquake-resistant (thanks to the skeletal structure and CLT technology) and even allows building on less load-bearing soils and in earthquake-prone areas.
